This award is given quarterly upon submission of specific facts concerning wasteful practices, incidents, or events within any Federal Law Enforcement agency.

 

 

This issue our Golden whistle Award goes to Franklin C. Jones, Executive Director, Office of Diversity and Civil Rights.

Ummm...No, we’re not pulling your leg. There really is an ODCR and it really has an Executive Director. We couldn’t find much in the way of a mission statement, just the usual gobbledygook about how they value integrity and a highly engaged workforce, whatever that is. Apparently Mr. Jones is in charge of making sure nobody gets discriminated against, but an agent who has dealt with him stated that he can recite the agency line better than most. Mr. Jones gets the award for his diligence in making sure that all CBP employees are indoctrinated in Social Progressiveness and all other manner of stuff that has no bearing on our mission.
